UAV GeoLAB Team
The home unit of the team is the Department of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information System of the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography.
The aim of the team is to conduct R&D work in the field of acquisition, processing and application of data from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), popularly known as drones. The team is involved in data acquisition using unmanned aerial systems. Its members participate in scientific projects, R&D and expert works, as well as advise on implementations. Part of the team practically carries out photogrammetric flights with the use of UAVs thanks to their BVLOS MR <25 kg licenses.
The team handles with the use of UAVs in photogrammetry since 2011, has its own equipment (including light laser scanner on UAV) and the latest photogrammetric software. We encourage you to familiarize with the offer of the team and conducted projects.
